ARC was founded by a group of professional and experienced accountants who have successfully operated their own firms for years. Through their firsthand experience, they recognised the growing need for new graduates to gain exposure to the workings of modern accounting practices allowing them to make a smooth transition into the accounting workforce and thereby making them valuable assets to potential employers. Out of this realisation, the Practical In-house Accounting Training Program was born.

Expanding on our commitment to prepare the next generation of accountants for the challenges of Australian accounting firms, ARC expanded its services to include the Professional Year program in Accounting, making it available in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, and Hobart. Alongside the Professional Year program, ARC was also accredited as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

Our involvement with the Professional Year program naturally led us to broaden our horizons and venture into the realm of education and offshore services. Today, our diverse portfolio encompasses education agency services, offshore marketing agency, international joint projects, offshore accounting staff hire for Australian firms, and outsourced accounting and bookkeeping services. This expansion reflects our commitment to providing a holistic range of solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients, whether they are students or businesses.
